Evidence and modelling for infectious disease control in Indonesia.
The Infectious Diseases Center develops quantitative models, claims-based analyses, and decision tools to support national programs for tuberculosis, HIV, and other communicable diseases. Work spans transmission and cost modelling, treatment-cascade measurement from routine insurance data, and the evaluation of social-determinant interventions. The center aims to translate epidemiological evidence into practical inputs for Kementerian Kesehatan planning and budget decisions.
The center is led and staffed by the researchers below, working with academic and institutional collaborators.
Research Lead, Infectious Disease Epidemiology
Works on TB and HIV surveillance, transmission modelling, and outbreak analytics using routine and survey data.
