Evidence on healthy aging, long-term care, and disability inclusion across the Indonesian health system.
The Aging and Disability Center studies the health and social-protection needs of older adults and people with disabilities in Indonesia, with attention to functional decline, long-term care, and access to services. It combines population survey data, routine administrative claims, and facility records to describe care gaps, costs, and equity across provinces and districts. As an emerging area within the institute, its current work focuses on building the data foundations and baseline measurement needed to inform policy on aging and disability.
The center is led and staffed by the researchers below, working with academic and institutional collaborators.
